    We are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to develop and administer all activities associated with procurement and distribution of materials. This role will also oversee the company’s fleet of equipment to ensure it is safe and operational to meet our business needs.


    • Responsible for developing and administering procedures for procurement of materials and supplies for the company, including policies and procedures for bid proposals and procurement of goods and services
    • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and ensure all pricing and rebates are in the best interest of the company
    • Oversee all Staff purchasing for entire company to ensure proposals and procurements are within company policies
    • Analyze purchasing trends, re-evaluate current suppliers, evaluate prospective suppliers and negotiate new rates
    • Establish, build, and maintain positive relationships with current and potential vendors
    • Establish and negotiate rebates with current vendors
    • Oversee staff of Fleet Coordinators to ensure that the fleet is safe and operational for use as a tool to meet our contractual obligations



    • Working knowledge of procurement techniques, procedures, policies and accounting
    • Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities and take initiative
    • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
    • Successfully managed a team of at least 3 and successfully identified and initiated a project related to position
    • Strong analytical and negotiating skills
    • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must. Bilingual a plus
    • Fleet management experience a plus
    • 10-20% estimated travel
    • Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of relative experience
    • 5-8 years Purchasing and/or Project Management experience in construction required
