    SUMMARY

    The primary function of this position is to achieve company staffing objectives by meticulously screening, assessing, and selecting qualified candidates as well as current Corbins employees to complete a series of physical and written skills tests. Your role as the Workforce Development Specialist will set the highest standard for our company culture and promote Corbins core values. This person will directly report to our Workforce Development Managers.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Screening:
      • Administer and conduct written and physical skills assessments
      • Conduct and compile data analysis from multiple sources to determine skill strengths/weakness and communicate areas of development for advancement opportunity
      • Champion Corbins culture
    1. Workforce:
      • Field coordination of all training material
      • Support workforce development team by developing advanced training material
      • Process tracking utilizing our development module trainer
