    We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support field teams on our electrical construction projects.  Project Engineers support the scope of work for assigned projects and are critical in growing our business!


    • Assist in the delivery of projects according to client needs while exceeding expectations
    • Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent to plan, organize, and schedule project work
    • Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans for each assigned project incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities
    • Prepare cost analysis and track change orders, RFI's, and manage schedule changes
    • Develop and preserve a positive business relationship with industry partners, clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors
    • Ensure strict compliance to the contract scope and project schedule
    • Manage resolution of escalated project issues and customer satisfaction
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly billings
    • Maintain all project records to ensure relevant information is documented and secured
    • Provide support, information, and guidance to Project Managers and field teams   
    • Assist in the bid process and procurement of new project opportunities


    • Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities
    • Experience with project planning, scheduling, and estimating
    • Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities and take initiative
    • Ability to lead and foster a positive working environment
    • Advanced organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills are a must. Bilingual a plus
    • Ability to read and interpret drawings
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relative experience
    • 2+ years construction experience required
