    We are currently seeking an experienced Safety Professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growing organization.  Safety Professional will target new business opportunities to drive Corbins’ growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Deploy proactive processes to enforce safety department’s commitment to continuous improvement and performance optimization
    • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Corbins’ Health & Safety Program
    • Implement awareness techniques to facilitate our safety-first culture
    • Coach all personnel to improve job site safety conditions and performance
    • Facilitate incident investigation and root-cause analysis to remedy and bring closure to corrective actions
    • Assist Operations in onboarding new employees to acclimate them to Corbins’ Health & Safety Program

    Qualifications:

    • Strong safety acumen with the ability to clearly communicate details of safety procedures to employees at all levels
    • Motivating presence to drive Corbins’ Health & Safety Program throughout the organization
    • Detailed knowledge of OSHA standards and NFPA 70e guidelines
    • Committed to continuous improvement and a safety-first culture
    • Experience with accident investigations and root-cause analysis
    • Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities and take initiative 
    • 3+ years prior safety experience with an electrical background
    • OSHA 500 Construction Trainer
    • CPR/AED First Aid Trainer

    Qualifications

    This is a safety sensitive position and all applicable policies including a drug test and background check will apply.
