Corbins Electric is excited to be adding an Administrative Assistant to the Corbins team. We are currently hiring for our Virtual Construction department at our field office in Chandler. Our new team member will be responsible for assisting the Virtual Construction Project Manager with administrative duties within the Building Information Management (BIM) department.


The pay for this job will be $12- $14 per hour.


Essential Job Functions/Tasks:

  • Work with the Virtual Construction Project Manager on scheduling coordination.
  • Phone attendant duties as needed.
  • File necessary job information into job files and binders.

  • Enter invoice into Intel’s purchase order system and follow up on payment tracker.
  • Prepare job specific forms as needed.
  • Enter time from daily report.
  • Enter time for project work appropriate on timecards.
  • Check time reported to ensure accuracy.
  • Record man hours on our tool spreadsheet.
  • Process absentee and late reports and input on spreadsheet.
  • Enter payroll into system and send temp timecards to the appropriate agencies.
  • Enter new employees into the appropriate systems.



  • Professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills


Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required
  • Ability to walk jobsites in inclement weather conditions
  • Valid driver license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicle
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs unassisted
  • May require repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers
  • May require prolonged periods of sitting throughout workday
  • Requires exercising of discretion in decision making process and maintaining of strict confidentiality with respect to applicant, employee, and company proprietary information
